How to size a bulk hoodie order
Wrong sizes are the most common problem on a bulk hoodie order, and the only one we cannot fix after the fact. Here is how Battle Born Clothing recommends collecting and distributing sizes.
If you can collect sizes, do
A shared spreadsheet with name and size takes a week and removes the guesswork. We do not run online stores for clients; a spreadsheet, a group text or a sign-up sheet in the break room works. Send the totals with the quote.
If you have to guess: size curves

These are starting points from our own orders, not rules. Round toward L and XL if unsure; they are the sizes that get swapped least.
Extended sizes
- Independent IND4000 and SS4500 run XS-3XL.
- Port & Company PC78H and PC90H run S-4XL.
- Gildan 18500 runs S-5XL.
- Carhartt offers tall sizes.
- Extended sizes may carry a blank upcharge; it appears on the quote.
Youth
Port & Company PC78YH and Independent youth styles cover school orders. Youth and adult pieces count toward one quantity tier. Order a few extra
Two or three spare pieces in L and XL cover a new hire or a swap. They are priced at the same tier as the rest of the order.
Questions
Can we add sizes after we approve the proof?
Before production starts, usually yes. After, additions are a new order at the new quantity's tier.
Do women's cuts exist?
Most hoodies here are unisex. The Independent IND280MOCK is a women's-cut mock neck; ask on the quote form for other women's styles.
