How much do bulk custom hoodies cost?
Short answer: on an Independent IND4000 heavyweight hoodie, $28.75 each with a left-chest embroidered logo at 24 pieces, $28.25 at 48 and $26.75 at 144, plus $18.99 one-time digitizing. The price is blank plus decoration
Every custom hoodie is two numbers. The blank is the hoodie itself at our published price: supplier cost times two when the cost is under $10, otherwise cost plus 35%. The decoration is a flat rate that drops every 24 pieces. One-time fees (digitizing or screens) are added once per design, not per piece.

Light garments skip the $0.25 flash per location. Each additional ink color adds a $20 screen and a per-piece charge quoted per job. Quantities other than 48 are quoted per job.
What moves the price
- The blank. A Port & Company PC78H costs well under an IND4000; a Carhartt costs more and is quoted per job with MAP respected.
- Quantity. Embroidery drops from $6.00 to $4.00 per piece between 24 and 144.
- Locations. Each print or embroidery location is its own charge.
- Stitch count. Logos over 6,000 stitches are quoted per design.
- Sizes. Extended sizes on some blanks carry an upcharge; we show it on the quote.

No hard minimum on embroidery. Screen print has no hard minimum either, but 48+ is recommended because screens are a fixed cost.
